FINDING The Jefferson Theater
The Jefferson is located in the very heart of Charlottesville on the Downtown Pedestrian Mall. We're across from the tall Wachovia building between 1st and 2nd Street.
(We're one block and a half east of the Charlottesville Regal six-screen theater.)UVA Students and townies who live near JPA, Brandon, Alderman, etc. can catch the City's Free Trolley which runs downtown every 15 minutes up until about midnight every day. 296-RIDE

From I-64: Take the 5th Street exit north toward town. Turn right on Water Street at the first traffic light after Monticello Avenue. From 250 Bypass: Take the Locust Avenue exit south and stay on Locust until it turns into Water Street. |
From UVA: Just walk or drive one mile east along Main Street. (We're on the part of Main that's called the Downtown Mall.) Parking: |
