Accessibility Information
The Jefferson Theater offers accessible accommodations to patrons with ADA requirements. Our main auditorium and bathrooms are all fully accessible.
We are located on the pedestrian Downtown Mall. Patrons requiring the most convenient access to the theater should be dropped off at the corner of First Street and Water Street.
The options for accessible seating vary by configuration:
-For General Admission or GA Floor with Reserved Balcony shows, patrons requesting accessible seating should purchase a ticket at the preferred price level and contact us at 434.245.4980 to make arrangements. For Fully Reserved shows, accessible seating is initially available at every price level while supplies last, and may be viewed by clicking the “Show accessible seating” filter on the event ticketing page.
If you have special requests not covered by the info above, simply ask our staff once you arrive, call us at 434.245.4980, or email at info@jeffersontheater.com and we will be glad to assist you.
