Monticello Cup Awards

Join the Monticello Wine Trail Association, the Taste of Monticello Wine Trail Festival and the Jefferson Theater in celebrating the very best wines that Central Virginia has to offer on Thursday, April 13 at the Monticello Cup Awards! This annual event features 7 varietal categories for tastings complete with delicious food pairings! Along with the prestigious Monticello Cup Award given to the most outstanding wine in Central Virginia, multiple award-winning wines will be selected for tastings in each of the following categories:

• Sparkling & Rosé
• Viognier
• Chardonnay
• Light Red
• Varietal Red
• Red Vinifera Blend
• Meritage
• Petit Verdot & Cabernet
• Dessert Wine

There will also be live music by Robert Jospé Trio, playing a percussive driven mix of jazz, rock, funk and Latin with a contemporary electric sound.
